Tetrahydro Curcuminoids, otherwise known as White Curcumin, are colorless, active metabolites of curcumin, the most bioactive component of turmeric (Curcuma longa). Curcumin is hydrogenated to form these stable, colorless species which preserve most of turmeric (C21H20O6) therapeutic properties.
