It refers to a fine, dry powder developed from the process of handling fresh strawberries, Fragaria × ananassa by drying methods like freeze-dried or spray-dried method in which moisture content is drawn out of the fruit keeping most of the flavour colour and nutrition inside. High in vitamins (especially vitamin C), antioxidants, and fibre, this strawberry powder became immensely popular for food, drinkable, and supplement products applications.
